HOUSING & COMMUNITY

​Finding a place you can call home in a community of friends is foundational to making a life in a new location. We support this by finding a home which the family can rent and helping them to bond with people in our community.
EMPLOYMENT
​
​Longevity in the community requires finding stable employment. We support that by helping the family to connect with employers in the area so the family can become self-sufficient.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
​
Connecting with the community and improving employment options require a good grasp of the language. By connecting family members with the many resources in the area they can gain a stronger command of English.
EDUCATION

Helping the children to get plugged into schools allows them to grow and flourish, gaining opportunities for educational and social growth.
TRANSPORTATION
Mobility is essential to get to work, school, the grocery store, doctors appointments. We familiarize new families with the bus system to get around on their own and help them get to appointments when they need assistance.​
HEALTHCARE
